In this section, we would like to illustrate how to query your order information via eShop system.

eShop system provides two kinds of your order information for you.

"Ship Order Status Query" function is designed for you to query those orders' history which had been already shipped to you.

In the other hand, "Unship Order Status Query" is designed  for you to query those orders which haven't been shipped yet.
